This set combines an AUER Euro Box ED 64/75 HG with a hinged lid and a pick-and-pluck foam insert set, providing a complete, ready-to-use storage and protection solution. The Euro Box measures 600 x 400 x 90 mm and is supplied with a matching raster foam insert, a base compensation layer, and a self-adhesive lid pad — everything needed to store and protect miniatures, game components, or other items in a customizable, modular foam layout.

• The set includes a pick-and-pluck foam insert (EUMFQB050) measuring 560 x 360 x 50 mm with a 15 x 15 mm grid pattern, allowing fully customizable compartment shapes without tools — individual foam blocks are pre-cut and can be removed by hand to fit any item precisely.
• A 10 mm base compensation layer (KABA010) for AUER Euro Boxes in the 60 x 40 format is included, ensuring the foam insert sits flush and stable inside the box.
• A self-adhesive lid pad (CFBA010S) is included to cushion the lid interior, providing additional protection for stored items from above.
• The raster foam insert features an unperforated border of approximately 17 mm running around the entire perimeter, maintaining structural stability and preventing the insert from collapsing at the edges.
• The AUER Euro Box ED 64/75 HG features a hinged lid for secure, repeated access without a separate lid to manage during use.
• The foam system is modular and tool-free — compartments are shaped quickly by hand, making the insert easy to reconfigure as storage needs change.

The pick-and-pluck foam insert is the core organizational element of this set. Its 15 x 15 mm grid of pre-cut foam blocks covers the full usable interior area of the Euro Box, and the surrounding unperforated border ensures the insert remains dimensionally stable even after extensive customization. The 50 mm depth of the insert accommodates a wide range of miniatures and components. The 10 mm compensation base fills the remaining height difference between the insert and the box floor, keeping everything level and preventing movement during transport or storage.

The self-adhesive lid pad attaches directly to the inside of the hinged lid, adding a protective foam layer that presses gently against the top of stored items when the box is closed. Together, the three foam components work as a complete surround-protection system — base layer, pick-and-pluck insert, and lid pad — ensuring items are held securely on all sides within the Euro Box.
