• Complete set contents: 1x Auer Euro Box with hinged lid (ED 64/22 HG), 4x pick-and-pluck foam inserts (EUMFQB050, 560 x 360 x 50 mm each), 1x 10 mm compensation base layer for Auer Euro containers 60 x 40 (KABA010), and 1x self-adhesive lid cushion pad (CFBA010S) — everything needed for immediate use is included.
• Pick-and-pluck foam inserts: Each EUMFQB050 insert measures 560 x 360 x 50 mm with a 15 x 15 mm grid pattern. The foam is fully pre-cut, allowing individual blocks to be removed by hand without any tools, so custom compartment shapes can be created quickly and easily.
• Stable perimeter border: An uncut border of approximately 17 mm runs around the edge of each foam insert, providing additional structural stability and preventing the foam from collapsing at the sides.
• Compensation base layer: The 10 mm base layer (KABA010) fits the Auer Euro container format and ensures the foam inserts sit flush and level inside the box, eliminating unwanted movement.
• Self-adhesive lid cushion: The included CFBA010S lid pad attaches directly to the inside of the hinged lid, adding a protective layer that presses gently against stored items and prevents shifting during transport.
